I wanted to say thanks for getting these markets together. Ten days after my husband and I did our shopping there the spinach, cauliflower and other produce was still fresh in the fridge (just like what we grow at home). I used to take lettuces and spinach to friends in Sydney and they always commented on how fresh it stayed and for how long. I now understand how appreciative they were. I am heading off again this Thursday and this time I am taking my neighbours who are elderly and can’t drive after dark. They are very excited!
