With planning well under way for Tocal we are calling for volunteers to assist with our commitment at Tocal this year. Slow Food Hunter Valley manages the, Good Food and Wine Hall and we also run a very busy food stall inside the Food and Wine Hall (also known as The Great Hall).
There are six main roles for volunteers at Tocal and we are asking for a 3 hour commitment that will give you plenty of time to have a look around the exhibits as well as give some time to Slow Food. Volunteers will get free admission onto the site.
Working with members and friends at Tocal is a very rewarding experience and a lot of fun. It is a great way to get to know some Slow Foodies and raise some funds to support all our great projects such as the Community Kitchen, Earth Market and Seed Library and support education and advocacy in improving our food system.
Please think about how you can help and let us know by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by text to 0488 626 295. Any offers of help will be more than gratefully accepted!
